Play a handicap match
Set a handicap number for each player. SCRD works out the starting-score gap and keeps everything else the same.
Turn on Player Handicap in Match settings, the second step of setup. Give each player a handicap number from -15 to 15: SCRD works out both starting scores from the two numbers and applies them at the start of every game. Everything else about the format you chose stays the same.
Give the weaker player the higher number. When both numbers are positive, or both negative, SCRD starts the game at the difference between them: a 5 against a 2 opens the game at 3-0, and a -5 against a -2 opens it at -3 to 0. When one is positive and one negative, each player starts on their own number, so a 3 against a -2 opens at 3 to -2. Review & Start shows both handicaps next to each name before you start.
